The new 17,600 SF multi-story senior center addresses the Town of Littleton’s space needs for programs that support the senior population, residents with disabilities, and all those in need of assistance. The new facility is wood and steel construction built into the existing slope and is handicapped accessible, with two levels and an elevator. All new buildings systems are required, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems.

The senior center is designed to be all-electric with solar panels on the roof. Located adjacent to the Reuben Hoar Library, which ÌìÓ鴫ý completed in 2021, the work will be performed on a tight site with neighbors close to property limits.

Construction of a new two-story 185,000 SF middle school serving grades 4-7. The project includes the entire 20-acre campus with three new athletic fields (two turf and one grass), new parking lot, track and field facilities, new playgrounds, site improvements, all new utilities, and associated access roads. New spaces include an auditorium, a gym with a rock wall, a state-of-the-art media center, classrooms, an atrium, and a cafeteria with a commercial kitchen. The auditorium included theatrical lighting, stage rating components, and a sloped floor with under slab duct work. The scope also included outdoor courtyards that are fully surrounded by two stories, felt blade accent ceilings, and terrazzo flooring.

The project site is located adjacent to the active Station Elementary School so heavy coordination was necessary to ensure the elementary school students, staff, faculty, and visitors experienced minimal impact.

This 100,000-SF fit-out transforms floors 20, 21, and part of floor 19 at Winthrop Center into an open and collaborative office space for a global consulting firm in the heart of Downtown Boston. The new office space features open work spaces, private offices, conference and training rooms, as well as a co-working lounges and phone rooms. There are also wellness and mother’s rooms, gender neutral restrooms, a café hub and pantries, and bars for coffee, beer, wine, fruit, and ice cream.

A central interconnecting staircase and balconies on all three floors fosters collaboration and socialization. The project team opened the concrete slabs on two of the three floors to create two 26′ x 26′ openings ready for installation.
