The original site contained two buildings, one of which was a historic Bulfinch-designed warehouse dating to 1806, according to the developers. The Bulfinch portion of the structure was retained, and its historic façade fully restored per the standards of the city’s , they said, “The Boulevard is an exciting building that blends a dramatic new residential design with one of the few remaining Bulfinch buildings on Broad Street,” Tony Hsiao, principal and director of design at  said in a news release.  “Preserving the warehouse façade and incorporating it into the residential entrance and lobby was important because of the significance of Charles Bulfinch to Boston and the location at the confluence of the central business district and the Rose Kennedy Greenway.” , ���鴫ý Builders/, and Finegold Alexander announced the building’s completion Thursday.

The façade of a 19th-century  warehouse has become part of the residential entrance and lobby of , a 12-story luxury condo building that was completed this week along the  in Boston.

“Careful attention was paid to exterior materials, with inset balconies and variegated gray brick panel that complements and highlights the striking copper cladding along the Greenway,” David Goldman of New Boston Ventures said in a news release. “The sloped glass prow introduces a dramatic new landmark at the entrance to Broad Street from the Greenway.”

The 120-foot-high glass, metal, and brick edifice is located at 110 Broad St., making the Greenway its front yard. The trapezoidal building has 31 luxury residential units, five artist live-in lofts, and 3,500 square feet of commercial space, as well as 48 underground parking spaces in a four-level automated garage system that reduces carbon emissions and takes up less space than a traditional garage, according to the site’s developers.

Units range from one-bedroom condos to penthouses, varying in size from 1,294 to 4,100 square feet. The live-in artist studios, found on the second floor, average about 1,000 square feet each. These studios are offered at a reduced rate for qualified artists. The building is 75 percent sold out, according to Julia Davis, managing partner at Riot PR. Prices range from $1,860,000 to $6,500,000. There’s a  on the market for $5,750,000, a  listed for $2,585,000, and a  with a price tag of $1,869,000.
